Service Delivery Lead

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of service jobs from a commercial and technical perspective.
This involves ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety, and environment requirements, as well as cost and scheduling targets.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure project adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and control project progress, optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials, services, and equipment for the project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and an escalation point for project issues.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and leadership capability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
