Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional persona and appearance, promoting quality customer service, and coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client financial and statistical data systems
- Work collaboratively with hospital staff and external service providers
- Demonstrate high-quality customer service and clerical skills
Requirements:
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficient keyboard skills
- High level of competency in IT Microsoft word and outlook
- Experience using a computerized accounting system
