Administrative Coordinator for Nursing Leadership

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to senior nursing leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentation materials, and handling incoming communications.
About the Opportunity:
This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar executive support role within the public or private sector and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for senior nursing executives
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, and other documents as required
- Handle incoming communications and respond in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to senior nursing executives, including travel arrangements and expense reporting
