**The Opportunity**

The Construction Administration Coordinator will provide exceptional business partnership and administrative support to the teams within the business, enabling the leaders to focus on the core elements of their role.

Responsibilities include coordinating team events, collating and analysing corporate information, managing time and attendance, assisting site teams with IT systems, and other administrative tasks. The position requires integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

**About You**:

- Sound interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication), to facilitate project objectives and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and work away from home for periods of time and travel to construction sites.
- Trained in PSSR and WHS Cert IV (or willing to obtain).
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
