About the RoleThe Customer Success Representative will ensure customers successfully use EonX's proprietary bill payments platform.
Key responsibilities include close collaboration with Business Development Managers, driving platform awareness, and promoting adoption through regular communications.
You will also manage post-sales activities, including customer lifecycle management, to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Onboard new customers for seamless transition into the platform
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers as their primary point of contact
- Provide ongoing education and training to maximise platform value
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Develop and implement customer success strategies for retention and growth
- Proven experience in onboarding business accounts
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external partners
- Mature approach to goals, targets, and commitments
- Driven and motivated professional who can innovate and take initiative
- Positive attitude, strong written and verbal skills, trustworthy, and a team player
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM's is critical
