Leadership Opportunity

A transformative leader is sought to spearhead a customer-centric strategy, driving sustained value and loyalty. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational excellence and scalable account management practices, leading and inspiring high-performing teams, and driving growth through strategic cross-selling, up-selling, and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth, with experience in building and embedding frameworks, account management playbooks, and governance models into teams that scale and deliver outcomes. Additionally, they should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to present actionable insights and performance outcomes to executive leadership teams.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in managing strategic client portfolios and driving growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience within a system integrator, delivering transformation across business applications, transformation advisory, integration, cloud, security, AI, and managed services.
  • Ability to build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CMO, CEO).
