About the Role

We are seeking an administrative professional to provide responsive support to our Home Care Services team in Belmont. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and person-centred care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Metro Hub Team, including data entry, service requests, and customer communications.
  • Manage incoming communications from customers and their families/representatives in a professional manner.
  • Perform tasks related to customer documentation, including maintaining records and encouraging input from healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of the organisation.
  • Work in accordance with BaptistCare's Code of Conduct and ensure safe and sound work practices.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and care management software.
  • Details-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with little supervision.
  • National police clearance, influenza, and COVID-19 vaccinations, and a valid driver's license.
