Critical Care Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Critical Care Administration Officer to join our Clinical and Operational Excellence team on a permanent part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Critical Care Paramedic team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases associated with the Critical Care Paramedic team, including training calendars, rosters, and asset and research registries.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensure documentation and content on our internal web page is current and accurate, creating new documents as needed for publication.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports, providing data-driven insights to inform our operations.
- Conduct research activities to support the delivery of department projects and initiatives, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing notes, and taking minutes.
