Your daily tasks involve working with household and commercial appliances in various customer settings.

- Deliver initial user training as necessary
- Address breakdown situations
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Complete required reports/paperwork
- Possess a trade background in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline.
- Hold a Restricted Electrical license at minimum
- Be skilled in troubleshooting and repairing machinery or appliances.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Work autonomously to a high standard

Appliance experience is ideal, but other trade backgrounds (refrigeration, HVAC, gasfitting etc) will be considered. Full product training will be provided.
