The role of an Appliance Service Technician is a critical one.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to repair and fully test appliances and air conditioners to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Repairing and testing appliances and air conditioners to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions
  • Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
  • Completing all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An electrical license or restricted electrical workers license (disconnect & reconnect appliances) preferred
  • Industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
  • Able to provide premium customer service
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive, friendly approachable nature
