Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Geological Leader to spearhead our European-Australian Mining Group's Resource Geology Practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and provide strategic leadership in geological modeling, resource estimation, and mineral reporting services.

Our company is an innovative, international engineering and consulting firm serving private and public-sector clients worldwide. Our engineers, scientists, technical, and project employees deliver expert solutions from offices across the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess a high standard of technical knowledge in geological and ore forming processes, at least 10 years of experience working in a consulting environment, and a strong track record in business development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead business opportunities for mining sector clients
  • Lead geostatistical analysis, quality control, due diligence, and database management
  • Hire, manage, train, and mentor early- and mid-career staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in geology or engineering geology, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in a related field (desired)
  • Professional affiliation and registration required
