Job Title: Geology Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Geology Professional to lead all geological activities across our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing exploration strategies, making recommendations for the most effective approach moving forward, and ensuring all exploration complements rehabilitation efforts.

This includes managing drainage control, sedimentation traps, ponds, and the encapsulation of potentially polluting materials to ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and reclassification of BIF-hosted hematite resources across multiple deposits.
  • Oversee resource models, drilling, and mine sequencing.
  • Manage grade control systems and operational geology support.
  • Design and execute exploration programs, implement gravity surveys to enhance resource identification.
  • Oversee contractor supervision, approvals, and heritage engagement.
  • Maintain geological data systems, QA/QC processes, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in geology, mining engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in iron ore operations, particularly in BIF-hosted hematite deposits.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing geological teams.
  • Familiarity with gravity surveys and geological data interpretation.
  • Manual C-Class WA Driver's Licence.
