  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff support.
  • Lead, guide, and support clerical staff in achieving their full potential, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, radiologists, referrers, hospital management, and patients to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports to the Operations Manager, providing valuable insights into team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Organise regular education and training sessions for clerical teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and codes of conduct, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Contribute to achieving Imaging Queensland's strategic goals through proactive leadership and collaboration with other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong people leader with a collaborative, supportive style and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in radiology or healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage busy teams across multiple sites, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
