We are currently seeking a group of enthusiastic professionals to become part of our team, dedicated to providing assistance to one of our prominent clients. This diverse and stimulating position will be ideal for individuals eager to enhance their Service Centre expertise while collaborating within a large, friendly team to support significant institutions.

Position Overview

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Microsoft Server and Desktop applications
  • Managing Active Directory and Exchange access
  • Assisting with Citrix hosted desktop environments
  • Configuring and troubleshooting desktop hardware
  • Demonstrating a successful history in a Helpdesk or Service Desk setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ticketing systems, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and time tracking
  • Understanding of ITIL principles, particularly in relation to best practices in IT services and operations
  • A proven track record of excellence in customer service roles

As a Service Centre Analyst, you will be expected to exhibit many of the following skills and attributes:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Proactive and adaptable approach within the workplace;
  • High levels of energy, integrity, reliability, and accountability;
  • Strong time management capabilities;
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
