We are seeking an experienced professional to drive organisational transformation and develop future-ready capabilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen leadership capability and organisational resilience.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people capability to business strategy.
  • Design and deliver talent management frameworks that align with our Workday implementation.
  • Identify, engage, and grow high-potential employees globally.
  • Lead and embed a succession planning process that will set us up for an exciting and successful future.
  • Analyse workforce data and insights to shape future capability planning across our global business.

What You'll Bring:

  • A passion for developing people and building future-ready capability.
  • Experience in organisational development, talent management, and/or workforce planning.
  • A mature understanding of tools and strategies that can support capability uplift across a large organisation.
  • Proven skills in designing organisational frameworks across complex, multi-jurisdictional companies.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute programs that drive real and lasting change.
  • An analytical mindset, with the confidence to turn insights into strategy.
