As Hotel Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our Front Office and Reservations team. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through a service-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Front Office and Reservations team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure seamless communication among teams to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Oversee rostering, staffing levels, and cost efficiencies to optimize hotel operations.
- Manage VIP and group bookings with precision and care, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement in service, efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing and product development initiatives to drive occupancy and rate growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel operations, ideally as a Duty Manager or above.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- High level of organisational and time-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with property management systems; Opera Cloud knowledge highly regarded.
- Confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
