Job Overview

As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic adoption and engagement of our enterprise software. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute a holistic strategy focused on value, impact, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to assess needs and use cases, design impactful solutions, measure results, and iterate to drive optimal outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of our digital adoption platform across our digital assets, working collaboratively with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications, and training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing needs and use cases to inform solution development
  • Designing and implementing impactful solutions that drive user adoption and engagement
  • Managing the implementation of our digital adoption platform across our digital assets
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute a holistic strategy focused on value, impact, and user experience

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • WalkMe building experience
  • Familiarity with software deployment, APIs, and system integrations
  • HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience (desirable)
  • 1-3 years professional services experience (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Background in UX design, L&D, change management, or project management (an advantage)
  • Bachelor Degree in IT related field (desirable) or 3 years IT industry experience
