We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive exceptional customer service across all touchpoints - in-branch, over the phone, and online.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to play a key role in customer interactions, resolving complex enquiries and complaints, while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

A strong track record of leadership, a passion for customer service, and the ability to inspire and develop others is highly regarded.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
