Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment, labour and safety lawyer to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will provide strategic and practical advice on all stages of the employment relationship, including workplace compliance, safety regulation, and industrial dispute resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and complex matters across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for providing technical advice on employment, labour, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety law, as well as developing and implementing effective solutions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic and practical advice on employment relationships, including workplace compliance and safety regulation.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Working collaboratively with senior lawyers and partners to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification.
- Admission to practice as a solicitor in Australia.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in employment, labour, industrial relations, or workplace health and safety law.
- Strong technical skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
