Lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure the maintenance of all electrical assets.
Collaborate with other teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
About You:
We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance management. Your ideal candidate has:
- An electrical engineering degree.
- A proven track record as a maintenance manager, leading a team of 10-20 people or more.
- Experience working on relevant sites with liquid processing assets (beverage, dairy, chemicals, refining, pharma, food).
- Familiarity with highly automated plants utilizing complex controls (DCS systems).
