Supporting Individuals With Dementia

We are seeking compassionate and knowledgeable individuals to provide care and support to people with dementia at various stages. The successful candidate will build strong rapport and trust with clients and their primary caregivers, while also performing light domestic duties and driving clients to appointments and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered support to individuals with dementia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Perform daily living tasks and assist with personal care
- Transport clients to appointments and activities using own vehicle
- Work flexible hours, including evening and overnight shifts
- Complete tasks in accordance with client plans and goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- National Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card
