**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Insights and Research Manager to join our Voice of Customer team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing high-impact market and customer insights to drive business growth and shape strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research initiatives for TAB and Sky Racing, focusing on market, brand, and competitive insight.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure strategies, customer initiatives, and marketing activities are data-driven.
  • Develop and implement innovative research techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in insights and research roles (agency or client-side).
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy and insights techniques, including quantitative research.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and confident presentation abilities.
  • Expertise in contemporary research practices, trend analysis, and customer metrics in an omni-channel business.
  • Proficiency in research analysis software (e.g., Q) and CX/survey tools (e.g., InMoment/Qualtrics).
