The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our depot team in Brisbane. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to ensure they're in top condition;
  • Maintain our campervans, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs;
  • Register guests, manage stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're eligible to work in Australia, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
