We are seeking a Personal Carer to join our team in the Stanwell Park region.
- Provision of person-centred care duties
- Assistance with medication and wound dressing (if qualified)
- Support with daily living activities
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care Support or be actively working towards qualification. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of contemporary aged care regulatory requirements.
- Tolerance, patience, and empathy for residents' needs
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement, work health and safety, and infection prevention and control
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and organisational skills
The role involves collaborating with residents to continue their favourite activities and supporting them in daily living tasks. The successful candidate will also contribute to creating a supportive and friendly work environment.
