We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities- To lead the assessment of residents' strengths and needs and develop individualized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
- To work closely with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver direct clinical care and manage healthcare services.
- To mentor and support dedicated staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role with the proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
