Make a difference in the lives of others as a dedicated nurse at our residential aged care home. Our team is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care to residents with dignity and respect.

About the Role
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
