Nurse Leader Position

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead resident care efforts and manage healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment of individual residents' strengths and needs, and develop person-centered support plans that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Deliver direct clinical care and manage healthcare services for residents.
- Mentor and support dedicated staff to ensure high-quality care is provided.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify best practices and oversee quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role with the proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- A genuine alignment with our Purpose, Vision & Values.
