Job Description

The Director Finance Operations plays a crucial role in building and managing relationships between the WACHS Executive Directors/Program and Project Leads and finance team members. This position ensures the consistent application of financial policies, financial reporting practices, and overall service delivery across the organisation.

The Director Finance Operations is responsible for driving WACHS' strategic objectives and strengthening the rural and remote health districts. This position promotes and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and ultimately WACHS' financial performance.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including executive directors, program and project leads, and finance team members.
  • Ensure consistent application of financial policies and financial reporting practices.
  • Drive strategic objectives and strengthen rural and remote health districts.
