As a Senior Therapeutic Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the clinical team, including supervision of staff and students, partnership building, and performance monitoring.
- Manage complex therapeutic cases, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual and family needs.
- Foster program referrals through intake consultations and provide face-to-face services across the northern region.
- Collaborate systemically with young people, families, and care teams to create and monitor safety action plans and achieve therapeutic goals.
This position requires strong clinical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex cases and develop effective treatment plans.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients who require therapeutic support to overcome adversity and achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or related discipline.
- Experience working collaboratively with the family violence sector, including knowledge of the MARAM and Safe and Together frameworks.
- A sound understanding of issues involved in working with families with diverse needs, including CALD or disability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively within a team.
The Wattle Project is a collaborative initiative providing therapeutic case management services to adolescents using family violence in the home.
The project aims to support young people aged 12–18 years old and their families, where the young person is using violence against a parent or carer.
