As a Senior Therapeutic Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the clinical team, including supervision of staff and students, partnership building, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage complex therapeutic cases, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual and family needs.
  • Foster program referrals through intake consultations and provide face-to-face services across the northern region.
  • Collaborate systemically with young people, families, and care teams to create and monitor safety action plans and achieve therapeutic goals.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or related discipline.
  • Experience working collaboratively with the family violence sector, including knowledge of the MARAM and Safe and Together frameworks.
  • A sound understanding of issues involved in working with families with diverse needs, including CALD or disability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively within a team.
