Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our floristry team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including product preparation, quality control, and on-time delivery.

  • Manage the daily activities of the floristry team, including product preparation, quality control, and timely delivery
  • Oversee employee life cycle management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure proper management of floral and sundry stock
  • Collaborate with management to plan daily warehouse operations and optimize cost efficiency
  • Plan events for high-volume periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in floristry
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Leadership training (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
