We are seeking a skilled Florist to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing floral displays that enhance the shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in floristry, a current driver's license, and the ability to work early mornings. They will be physically fit, with high attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and replenish stock levels across all retail outlets
  • Create visually appealing point of sale displays
  • Liaise with Store Managers to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Unpack and display fresh flowers in store
  • Clean and maintain display areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Purchase and collect fresh flowers from the warehouse
  • Train and coach colleagues on floristry techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
