Pearsons Florist is seeking two talented Senior Florists to join our busy Design Studio in Stanmore. This is your chance to showcase your creativity, work with premium flowers and plants, and be part of a team that has set the standard in Australian floristry for over 55 years.

Permanent, full-time role| 6am–3pm | Rotating roster Monday–Saturday.

As a Senior Florist, you will:

  • Create and design Pearsons' signature arrangements, plus occasional bespoke orders.
  • Produce florals for daily orders, corporate clients, and funerals.
  • Work with a huge variety of fresh and preserved flowers and premium plants.
  • Be part of a fast-paced, supportive, and fun team environment.

You're an experienced florist who loves creativity and precision. You bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. You will also have:

  • A Certificate III in Floristry (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Previous experience in floristry (production, retail, corporate, or events).

  • Reliability, energy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
