Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our design delivery across multiple projects and programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure design, particularly in the water or defence sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical water and defence infrastructure projects.

  • Built relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and shared goals.

  • Drive early-stage design work across engineering, environmental, sustainability, and safety disciplines.

  • Mentor and empower team members to grow and succeed in a supportive environment.

  • Use data and forecasting tools to support decisions around cost, schedule, and risk.

  • Foster a positive team culture through strong leadership and project oversight.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in infrastructure design, especially within water or defence sectors.

  • Strong leadership qualities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated capability in project management, including cost, scheduling, and change control.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
