Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Client Experience Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional client experiences, events, and CRM support across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and preparing exceptional client experiences, events, and CRM support that exceed expectations.
  • Supporting boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences that showcase our luxury offerings.
  • Curating client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events that leave a lasting impression.
  • Coordinating festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders to create a seamless experience.
  • Providing insightful reporting and analysis on clients for boutique teams to inform decision-making.
  • Managing campaigns for client recruitment and retention across the network to drive growth and engagement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury client treatment or event management.
  • A curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual who is eager to create exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellence.
