We are seeking a seasoned ITSM ServiceNow Tester/Test Lead to join our organization.

As an ITSM/ServiceNow Test Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and test execution experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and coordinate comprehensive test plans, encompassing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Promote collaboration among customers by coordinating testing activities, including the development of test plans, test cases, and test execution.
  • Evaluate and validate technical specifications and designs of the ServiceNow platform and application to ensure seamless internal utilization.
