Lead Consultant for ServiceNow ITSM Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) in a large enterprise environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and ServiceNow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
  • Drive best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
  • Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
