We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to patients with various needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrating clinical knowledge and skills in assessment, planning, and evaluation of interventions.
  • Providing mental health services to patients with diverse needs and requirements.
  • Actively intervening with counselling, support, education, community liaison, and referrals.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary service approach for clients, including contributing to the evaluation of the service.
  • Delivering patient-centered care, building health literacy and promoting self-management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related field are essential.
  • Eligibility for membership with the relevant professional association is highly desirable.
