About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens, a multi-award-winning aged care residence in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will be responsible for delivering personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner, meeting their needs and preferences, and maximizing their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner

About You

We are looking for someone with a kind and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care, a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care), and a sound understanding of person-centered care.
