Supporting People with Disabilities

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to coordinate support services for individuals with disabilities.
This is an opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in aged care, disability, and mental health to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months' experience working as a disability support worker, who possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine care and empathy for others.
In addition, we require the following qualifications:
- Cert III in Disability/Individual Support or similar qualification
- Fantastic positive personality
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Flexibility and availability during weekdays
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Disability Services Positive Notice Card/NDS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Positive Notice (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
Preferred qualifications include experience working in a community setting and familiarity with NDIS and relevant policies.
