Job Overview: As a Support Professional, you will provide individualized support to people with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

  • Assisting consumers with daily tasks and routines

  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in disability support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, reliability, and strong initiative
  • Lived or professional experience working with disabilities (beneficial but not essential)
