Job Role

This role involves supporting the Store Manager to create great experiences for our customers and drive business outcomes for the store.

You will be working closely with your Manager to build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team, creates future leaders and high performance.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial skills and knowledge of retail operations, enabling them to spot trade opportunities and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.

You will also support your Store Manager in managing store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Embed customer excellence whilst growing the business through clear direction and operational excellence.
  2. Bring your commercial eye to the store, spotting trade opportunities and finding solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  3. Support your Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
