About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Construction & Infrastructure team in Perth. This role will see you working across risk based advice in construction procurement and contracts, to back-end construction litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution used in construction disputes.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You will have at least 5-7 years' experience working across construction law matters or in a well-regarded litigation practice.
  • You will have strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • You will be able to provide practical and client focused problem solving and research skills.
  • You will have sound technical legal ability and a genuine interest in working in the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • You will possess a professional, commercially-astute and proactive approach to matter management.
  • You will be able to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously.
  • You will be conscientious and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
