Senior Paid Search and Affiliate Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search and Affiliate Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns across six markets
- Manage feed health and optimisation with tools like Intelligent Reach
- Oversee affiliate growth strategy using platforms like Commission Factory and Partnerize
- Own campaign structure, testing, and performance analysis
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Paid Social team, and agency partners
- Mentor one direct report and support ongoing channel development
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube
- Confidence managing large budgets and multi-account setups
- Technical understanding of feeds, IDs, categorisation, Google Merchant Centre
- Experience with affiliate platforms and a desire to grow that channel
- Comfortable using performance dashboards and running granular analysis
