WHO ARE WE?

We are a fast-growing SaaS AI firm redefining how performance marketing is delivered. By blending human expertise with cutting-edge AI technology, we build smarter search strategies that deliver measurable wins for major brands across Australia. As Head of Paid Search you will lead our ANZ division, shaping the vision, driving innovation across Google, Meta and Bing, and inspiring a talented SEM team to reach new heights.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will own the search strategy and vision across ANZ, setting the roadmap for how we dominate search and performance marketing on multiple platforms. Leading and mentoring SEM specialists you will build a culture of experimentation and innovation that ensures we stay ahead of the curve. You will oversee the design, execution and optimisation of advanced campaigns including Performance Max, DSA and integrated search, while collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists and product teams to launch new features and enhance results. You will take full ownership of KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, conversions and quality scores, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact. In addition, you will act as a thought leader for the firm, representing us externally and helping to shape the platform internally with your insights.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • Proven experience leading and scaling high performance SEM or search teams
  • Strong technical expertise across Google, Meta and Bing ecosystems with hands-on experience in advanced automation and Performance Max
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, strategic and client-facing discussions
  • A genuine passion for innovation, mentoring and delivering results in a fast-paced AI-first environment
