Job Opportunity: Climate Resilient Communities (CRC)

CRC is seeking a Communications Advisor to support the development of climate diplomacy products and services.

The role will involve working directly with DFAT to:

  • Support the development of climate diplomacy products and services to showcase Australia's climate action
  • Communicate the impact of Australia's climate change programs through liaison with Australian missions in the region and implementing partners
  • Generate communications products/materials, including publications and social media content

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in communications, international relations, or a related field. They will also have excellent written and oral English communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a climate diplomacy strategy for DFAT
  • Produce high-quality communications products and materials
  • Liaise with Australian missions in the region and implementing partners

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in communications, international relations, or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
