About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Team Lead to join our team at LION Digital. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of email marketing specialists to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and design, to develop high-quality email campaigns
  • Manage and optimize email marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing and CRM
  • Proven track record of success in creating revenue-generating email campaigns and marketing automation programs
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
