Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

This is an 18-month contract with the possibility for extension. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, building relationships, and enhancing reporting capabilities within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide financial support and guidance
  • Analyse management accounts to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
  • Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CA or CPA equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Partnering, management accounting, or financial analysis
  • Experience within professional services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
