Wellbeing Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Program Director to lead our Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) programs.
About the Role- This role is responsible for overseeing the management of staff, complex case management, and coordinating multidisciplinary responses to ensure high-quality, culturally safe and trauma-informed services.
- The Program Director will supervise and support staff, provide leadership in program delivery, facilitate case reviews and debriefings, and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement across the organization.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, community services, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a management or leadership role, including direct staff supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in program management within wellbeing, family violence, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of family violence frameworks and trauma-informed, culturally safe practice.
- Experience supporting staff through supervision, mentoring, and workforce development.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal health, wellbeing, and community contexts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
