Job Description

The Wellbeing and Safety Program Manager is a key leadership position that oversees complex case management and coordinates multidisciplinary responses to deliver high-quality, culturally safe and trauma-informed services.

This role involves leading a team of professionals and overseeing program delivery to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Responsibilities
  • Managing staff and providing strategic leadership in program delivery
  • Facilitating case reviews and debriefings to improve service outcomes
  • Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives across the organization

As a Wellbeing and Safety Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of wellbeing and safety programs within our organization.

RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, community services or a related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a management or leadership role with direct staff supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in program management within wellbeing, family violence or related areas
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse client groups and communities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
