Account Development Executive
\We are seeking a talented Account Development Executive to join our team. As an Account Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationships with key customers.
\Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.\
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means.\
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop account plans and strategies.\
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to discuss customer needs and provide solutions.\
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to customers.\
- Manage the sales process from end to end to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.\
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform future sales strategies.\
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.\
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.\
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.\
- Other duties as assigned by management.\\/ul\
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.\
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.\
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.\
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.\
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.\\/ul\
